Karpin is an amazing Cafe owner, he's friendly and relaxed, the coffee is superb and the food tastes amazing, As someone who lives 4hrs away I try to make it my regular stop for breakfast when visiting Brisbane as it's one of my favourite spots.

Nice, tidy cafe to have breakfast, just around the corner from the Meriton. It closes at 3pm. The owner was one of the most helpful people we’ve ever met in a cafe. He went out his way to answer our questions. Food and drinks were superb. The dishes we ordered for breakfast were tasty and well presented. Wish it were also open for dinner.

Sure! Here’s a sample review you could post (like for Google, TripAdvisor, or Facebook): --- Such a little gem! This quirky little café is full of personality — from the funky décor to the handwritten post it notes menus, every corner has its own charm. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what really makes this place special is the staff. They were so warm and genuinely friendly — it felt like catching up with old friends rather than just grabbing a coffee. You can tell they love what they do, and it creates such a welcoming, happy vibe. Definitely one of those spots that leaves you smiling long after you leave. Can’t wait to go back. 💛☕️

Awesome little cafe right under the Meriton Building. It opens early and the staff are super friendly. It is run by a family and everyone seems to love the awesome Kiwi barista.

The staff was really nice and they treated the kids very well, plus the food was delicious and they had a lot of vegetables in their burgers. They had a sticky note wall that definitely added to the experience and my kids really enjoyed adding their own sticky note. Definitely recommend, worth a visit!

Such a great little place! Kar-Pin is such a great guy! Had some great eggs Benedict cooked to perfection. It is a hearty breakfast that let's me skip eating airline food on the way back home. He also makes a great flat white. I travel a lot for work (airline pilot), and this is one my favorite little coffee shops. Especially since it opens at 06h00 and we stay right down the street and have to get up early to head to the airport.

A lovely cafe run by a lovely man Karpin. My wife and I were in Brisbane for two nights and this was within coo-ee. We both went down separately (I was on the coffee runs and she went for brekkie) and our experiences were great. Coffee is full, tasty and well made. Food is a solid cafe selection and caters for gluten free. Place has a good vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Easy five stars for me.

Pallet Café is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. The coffee is outstanding, the food is fresh and delicious, but what makes this café unforgettable is the spirit behind it. Karpin, the owner, has created a space where everyone is welcome — no matter their background or economic status. He greets every person with genuine warmth, kindness, and a friendliness that feels completely authentic. You can tell he loves what he does, and he treats every guest like they belong. And then there’s his mother — the quiet heartbeat of the café. Her presence adds an extra layer of comfort and generosity, making the whole place feel like a family kitchen where all are invited and cared for. Together, they’ve built a café that radiates hospitality and dignity. If you’re looking for amazing coffee, delicious food, and a place where kindness is the default setting, Pallet Café is the spot. A beautiful reminder that community can be created one cup at a time.
